In this project, we were given different types of hardware tools (nails, screws, nuts, bolts, and others) and we were supposed to sort them based on their relationship to one another. We were told to create a cladogram, which is similar to an evolutionary timeline. After sorting the tools into groups based on similar appearance and creating the cladogram, we created stories for each group of tools giving each group a scientific name in Latin and saying how and why it evolved.

Reflection
I enjoyed this project. It gave the students a lot of freedom, which had its strengths and weaknesses for me. I worked very well with my classmates on this project, because I was able to talk with my friends and still get lots of work done. Although, there were times on a few days where I became very off task and I did not do much work. I need to continue working on staying on task and taking a strong leadership role.
